Network innovation is a key ingredient in system shifting networks. This is a survey you can use to assess just how innovative your network is.  It can be printed out, handed out to network participants and the aggregated to determine the network’s innovation strengths and challenges. You might also want to convert this into an online survey (using google forms or survey monkey)

Once the challenges are identified, network participants can brainstorm ways to work on those challenges and identify people willing to implement the strategies identified.  It’s essential that the network retake the survey 3-6 months later to see if those actions have made a difference and celebrate successes!
